This 4-story building with central courtyard is situated near the intersection of the I-8 and CA-163 freeways. The project is currently well-leased with ample parking which enables a variety of uses, including medical office.
Strategy: Brookhollow assumed management of Mission Courtyard with a sound focus on enhanced marketing efforts for the project. A new promotional marketing campaign has been implemented targeting the local active brokerage community and surrounding tenant base.
Result: Within 18 months of operation, Brookhollow had achieved 100% occupancy. Rental rates have grown by roughly 12% during that 18-month period.
