Project: Andrews Industrial Park

In June of 2012, Brookhollow and its partner, Ameritas Life Insurance Company, acquired a non-performing loan encumbering a 89,821 square foot two-building industrial project in the North Las Vegas Industrial Market and a 30,085 square foot industrial project in the Southwest Las Vegas Industrial Market.

Strategy: Implemented a successful plan to achieve fee simple ownership of the project.

Management: Implemented a refurbishment of the property which included exterior building enhancements, parking lot and landscape improvements.

Result: Achieving occupancy levels above market averages and increasing rents by a significant margin.
